Art Therapy is a form of expressive therapy that uses the creative process of making art to improve a person’s physical, mental, and emotional well-being.  In recent years I have found this strategy invaluable.

Burnout, A Tale to Tell


Burnout has been defined  as a chronic form of stress which leads to physical and emotional exhaustion. This is accompanied by feelings of cynicism, detachment, a sense of ineffectiveness and lack of achievement.

On Wednesday January 26th 2011 I became seriously ill through Burnout.
